The final McClaw sketchbook commission from the MFF '08 convention... This is a character from one of his storylines, illustrated with a sniper weapon preparing to fire on a target. I think the exaggerated perspective on this sketch really is one of my favorite parts - it just gives it a little more *zoom*, a sense of motion. My first idea was to draw it in profile, but the thumbnail for that wound up just looking really flat. More of Earl McClaw’s art is at: http://www.furaffinity.net/user/mcclaw/

since im a gun-freak i spotted a few problems with your rifle.
1. it hasnt got any type of recoil compensator or flash hider, and thats a problem.it will be hard to fire and you will be spotted easily
2. the magazine isnt in a magwell,it more looks like its in the handguard.and the ejction prt should be infront of the magazine,it should be in line with it or near it.
3. a sniper should have back-up iron sights,but this dosnt.thats a problem.
other then that i cant spot any more problems exept for the lack of a cheek rest and the eye is too close to the scope.otherwise its quite well!
