The third and final comic commission for

Had more fun doing the backgrounds after discovering layer clipping and opacity locking, though this will probably be the last picture I'll be doing on SAI for while since I'm switching over to Manga Studio. Meh. *shrugs*

aww billie looks so pretty wearing her green swimsuit while billie is the team's pilot she has the great honor of being the one to take the chili pepper to the skies sometimes she can be a bit reckless but she's certainly has the courage needed how else does one go diving off waterfalls into deep lagoons let's just say this isn't the first time she's made a sudden water landing and that this one went much smoother than her last very cute
