Was in Oregon last week, visiting my son who raises chickens and is into the whole craft beer scene out there. On the way into town from the Portland Airport, the light rail went past the convention center where lots of people in cosplay outfits were heading for the building. Perfect timing - the local comic-con just happened to be taking place that weekend. I jumped off the train & hung out for a while checking out the cosplayers.
Lots of cool outfits (my favorite was the guy who nailed Nux from The Road Warrior), but not a lot of fursuiters; she was the best of the bunch. (The rest of the Rescue Rangers were nowhere in sight.)
