Click on the icon you see above...
On the top right of their front page, you will see "+ watch" so click on that, you'll join automatically...
And at the lower right side, you will see their shout page...(it looks like a white empty block at the bottom, and you will also see "shout" right there as well...)
So, just copy your link of this pic (which is at the top of whatever browser you are using)
Paste into their blank box...
Then click on "Shout" :B
