This used to be my OC Danny; an anthro mutated bull from the Altremos series. Now, he is called Tiberious and he's an anthro mutant lizard. He is still part of the Altremos series but resides on Earth because he was exiled. I'll get into details in the bio ;P

Tiberious was in fact Danny the anthro bull, its just how that changed from a small accident. Danny used to live in the south part of Altremos, years before the great meltdown that turned the entire south into a mutant-inhabited wasteland. Danny was one of few healthy people who survived the meltdown. Danny took refuge in his little bomb shelter during the meldown and decided to travel when he ran out of supplies. He tried to make his way to the north section so he can be safe once more, but getting hungry and with monsters over the horizon, he took shelter in a ruined nuclear werehouse. Little did he know that the werehouse contained toxic waste that was literally everywhere. Danny saw this and to be safe he rested on the catwalks...that is until due to the rust it quickly fell apart, leaving him falling into a huge pool of toxic waste. He even accidentally ate some.
After absorbing and 'eating'' some of the waste, he thought he was gong to die from raditation poisoning. But he ended up better...but worse at the same time. He didnt die, but since the chemicals were already effected from the meltdown, it transformed Danny into a 7 foot toxic lizard. He was surprised at first but little did he know is that the toxic waste also effected his state of mind. He was more primal and was pretty viscious. When the rescue team found him they had to tranquilize him 25 times before he fell asleep. They didn't find him hostile due to his appearance (almost all mutants were completely naked and primal)
When Danny woke up in the Altremos base in the north, he was feeling better, but his behavior was the same. He hissed at almost anyone, growls at anyone who goes near him while eating and even slashed someone's arm because they made fun of him. In the end, they found him too dangerous and instead of sending him back to the south, they just decided to exile him to Earth since then it would be Earth's problem now...ish.
Danny didnt even care about his exile. In fact, he was glad. He had a new world where there weren't any real magic or giant monsters to be afraid of. This helped Danny calm down and through time, became more civilised but still has those primal senses with him. He is able to speak again, but his table manners are an all time low. He's not as vicscious too...well, not physucally violent anyway. He was no longer Danny, but a soul reborn. Someone called; Tiberius
He's still working on getting a job, even though he was ex-military, but he's managed to secure himself a nice home; a runned down nuclear plant full of toxic waste for him to enjoy (he lives on the stuff)

Toxic waste is Tiberius' energy. He needs to ingest the stuf to make him stronger. If enough toxic waste is eaten/absorbed he will grow to around 50 feet standing height (he activates the growth rather than automatically). Its good for him, bad on car insurance companies (he likes to rampage down streets to see how many cars he can crush under his foot) he only stays this long until he shrinks back to his normal height. He can wait for his energy to recharge but that takes around 2-3 days to fully charge. Besides, he loves eating from the barrels.

Tiberius' personality is very unpredictable. One time he can be friendly, calm and likeable. But at the push of a button he can become viscious, rude and uncaring. He tries to keep onto his good side, but people often bully him, which turns his bad side on. He doesnt like to be violent and nasty, but its an uncontrollable nature. Its a huge side effect from the toxic waste he absorbed. If people push him to the edge with his temper, then he goes on an all-out rampage. He doesnt kill them, but hospitalizes them and even causes a lot of property damage around him during this rage.
He's just a misunterstood mutant who can't control his savage behavior.

Tiberius' skin colour is light grey with toxic green underbelly, spikes & claws and his eye is also toxic green with no iris. He wears a black jacket (a converted military vest) with black leather neck belt and toxic green buckle, black gloves with toxic green rims, pants with a black/grey/toxic green camo pattern, black pants belt with toxic green belt and black boots with lightgrey soles and toxic green laces.
