This is a poem I've written as a dedication to the beloved cat I lost on August 8th 2012, my dear Cindy, who I held so close, and kissed and cuddled for the very last time before going to bed the night before. This is what I read out at my mother and sister's memorial in the coming day, and by the time I reached the final verse, it moved them both to tears.
