Silk from worms fed on enchanted mulberry bushes, woven while having a series of spells cast on it, with as its clasp an ensorcelled ivory pendant carved into the countenance of Ikonn, the Lord of Illusions. When you wear it, people pay no special attention to you no matter what you do and can't remember you afterwards - nor do they take notice of the memory gap. It's like a mental blind spot: you don't realize you're not seeing something.

I don't know if Azhog bought it or actually made it himself or obtained it some other way, but he hasn't used it in decades. Items as powerful as this are dangerous to use because they incur jealousy from people who think it would do more good in their hands (Assassins and spies, for instance) and because the deity might get angry for some reason (and that's pretty hard to predict with such entities. Cytorakk is particularly capricious and difficult to please). Non-initiates in Ikonn's cult should probably forget about it entirely.
