Mmm, China and Europe have a lot of those kind of special food.
I am afraid of organ food(liver, intestine, kidney, eye, mammal head, blood, especially brain..), and some food like rabbit, dog, cat, dorse, deer, monkey, snail, insect etc. Goat and fresh fish is OK for me.
Unless l still eat those terrible food because the food seem normal and taste well, as well as I don't recognize the food.=.=
But I am glad to read it!

Wow.... That's a lot of details! Ye know, I thought the inn was a run down inn until I see this dinner hall. It's really bIG! Now it's like some sort of hotel. I like the spiral staircase, and the dinner hall is a well done. The food details is top notch... which..kinda goes from looking very tasty and overwhelming, to..... well, hmmm, creepy and disgusting. Well done on the pace and building up the atmosphere, i say, Keep it up. Can't wait for the next page.
This was pretty much EXACTLY what it was like for me during a business trip to Asia, eating lunch with the local engineers at the factory we were setting up.
Me: "What kind of meat is this?"
English-speaking local: "Goat lung in sauce with local spices. Is good!"
...and actually it was pretty tasty.
I stayed away from the stuff one of the locals called "Fear Factor Food," though.
