Small update!
Added e621.net's stats for comparison with other sites.
Edit: Fixed FA's resizing. Should be more readable now.
Slightly updated for 2015. Cleaned up some things too, and reworded a few confusing bits. I didn't see the need to update traffic much since traffic doesn't change dramatically under normal circumstances. I'll probably update it later.
Always open to new data and information! Critiques also welcome too!

I don't know about master data designer, I would redo this a lot if it was going to be published somewhere. Mostly just fixing and cleaning up parts that were done quickly for the update. I've been really busy with other stuff lately. :\

And yeah, search tags and all...they'd change so slowly that 2014 data would still apply mostly. Unless something huge hits, it's going to be largely the same. 2016 might see some changes, but again nothing major.

I'll see what I can do in later updates (happen sporadically). But the statistics available don't really mesh up with what I got.

What would be more interesting is data on art that's general vs mature. Or any good numbers on what's there, views, traffic, etc. Most of that's not available. So it's kind of a low priority.

This search would give you a good idea of the number of pictures rated general. Multiply the number of pages minus 1 by the number of pictures that appear on page one (assuming either you have no blacklist or you turn off your blacklist). Then open the last page in the search in a new tab and count the number of posts there. Add that to the other number, and you have the exact number of posts that are rated general: At the time of writing, 160613 posts.
Do the same for rating:q (Mature) and rating:e (Adult), and you'll have the rating breakdown. The stats page will most likely give you the rest of the info that you need. If you need to know the breakdown of the deleted posts, you can do that by adding status:deleted to each search.

Awesome. Though I'd think there'd be traffic data for e6.

Yeah, the number of accounts and number of posts are shown clear as day on the stats page, the traffic can be determined via a third party website, and the Faves and Comments can be calculated from the data on the stats page. It's nice that e621 is included, but it seems it was rather hastily included.

It's starting to approach a time where I have a lot less time for things...
Trust me, I want to do way more. But that update is going to be a lot of work. I'll see if I can add those bits in soon.

Nah, it's not the data that's the problem, its my poor set up and the need to adjust everything when adding something. It's not just moving things and adding random extra text. It's moving stuff without a mouse, on a laptop that is pretty old. Making sure all data points are in the proper scale, or finding where I can push things without making it too crammed full or shrinking things to the point of being hard to read.
It's 90% design and fighting with my set up and 10% data gathering. What should be a 30 minute project turns into an hour and thirty at best.

...Seriously, it is just bad timing on many parts. In any normal circumstance I'd have a mouse by now, but this thing's a head ache. I will be getting one soon though. I got holiday shopping for online coming up.
