I agree, I saw this ages ago on DA, As soon as I saw it, I was thinking. THIS WE NEED THIS TO HAPPEN AS IT'S THIRD FORM.
I mean from Baby to second stage, it trully didn't change enough really, it got a little biger and small things changed. What they should have done, is completely miss stage two, or fuse stage 2 with stage 3, and have this one as third stage. I can still see a mega of this still happening anyway.
They have a grass/ dragon now with sceptile, so now they won't do it again you watch... Sigh... But They could still do this as a mega for a grass/ flying. I haven't seen a grass/flying stater yet, so this is still a maybe.
