Am I the only guy that LIKES him? XD Seriously he rocks really hard in terms of badguyness people just don't see it yet. Give this guy some money tho and see what happens. See my theory is if he had some financial support he'd have all the Wu already! I mean, no more deals with Panda Bubba, screw Wuya you got Wu detector bots! Hell! Let's make the deceptacon army while we're at it!

Actually, Spicer(who is named after a poet, for some reason) is INCREDIBLY intelligent, as we've seen with his ideas and robots and what not.
The problem is, even through his whining, sniveling ways, he's over-confident and frankly, arrogant. For someone trying to take over the world and be the ultimate bad guy, it's a really bad combo to deal with.
Through it all, however, he seems to endure and for better or worst, tries to find the side that suits him. He's got grand plans and grander ideals; but he just seems to really lack the self editing required to get there.
That said, I love the dude. Most ultimate baddies these days are the dark, moody types...least there's fun to be had with him, and that someone that is so seemingly worthless, hides so much potentional(Hell, his idea of going to the future to pick up an older version of himself was a great idea; he just went too far ahead).

Jack spicer is the bomb.... i dont care. I think he actually has alittle music under that trechcoat of his. he has to be somewhat athletic to be able to keep up with trained Xoalin fighters...even if they are kids. Granted he wouldn't be able to beat any of them in a one on one fight.
His biggest flaw... he is a whinny bitch. Hands down. joke on him enough and he loses his focus. Not cause he is mad at you... because he is a punk.
And jack has more than enough cash... the fact that he can build so many of those machines and he has a lab of the size under his own house should tell you that. In one episode he had his niece rolling around his lab in a giant gerbal ball! He has dough...

Gotta add my 2 cents. This is one of my alll time favorite villans. He's creepy lookin', has the evil laugh, engineering skills some people would kill for and to top it all off he makes ya laugh. Truth be told if he stopped being such a wimp and bulked up a bit he'd be a force to be reckoned with. Also he needs to build a lot more ChameleonBots and stop making those rediculously weak JackBots. Not to mention stop hanging around with those double crossin', insult throwin' creeps he finds himself dealing with.
