Painted in acrylic on a 18 inch octagon hoop drum, natural cow skin stretched on a wood frame. The drum is from Taos Drums in Taos, NM. It's voice has a monotone to deep sound. Comes with a beater that has been adored with water snake skin and deer skin.. The drum handle has also been wrapped in deer skin.

Acrylic painting has been treated with an clear acrylic varnish and will not chip or crack with use as long as the soft beater or hands free of rings is used to play it. All my drums come with a lifetime re-touch up of the painting if it does get damaged.
