Its a demon based off this old sketch I made of a popped out black and red eye I did, inspired by that one panel in a dbz chapter in the manga where Buu was blown up from the inside by Gotenks.

The name blackeye stuck and created a sona out of it to represent myself, hence this one eyed demon as a result ^^
