Don't make fun of the background, okay? I had no clue what to do for it. I wanted her to be in a dream, but I'm not sure how to draw that.
This character is based off a sketch I found in an old binder from my old school, and that sketch is actually based off of a stuffed animal I had ever since I was a kid. Her name is Cinnamon-paw, and I used to believe that she protected me from nightmares. (Not saying I still believe that, but I have only ever had one real nightmare since I've slept with her. Just saying)
The things shes wearing are things I actually put on her in real life; Her belts are bracelets I put on her, her armwarmer was from an old sock, and the belt on her arm is another bracelet. You can't really see it, but she has another bracelet around her neck used as a necklace. She uses a chain as a weapon since I sometimes had her wear a chain necklace as a bracelet too. The only thing shes wearing that doesn't have much meaning is her dress, which i made the same color as my bedsheets and pillow cases, and I just figured that she made it from an old pillow case, or something.
I always imagined her as being fearless and strong, (You'd kinda have to be if you hunted nightmares for a job) so that's how I tried drawing her. First time I've ever really drawn a muscular female.
