"Oh my god, you are ADORABLE."
Ottsel's ears perked, his brow furrowing as he pulled back the hood on his jacket, looking up at the fox with the slightest of snarls, his paws balling into fists as his attention was wrenched away from the bank across the street from the bar, the one he'd be staking out for hours.
He was almost thankful for the distraction the fox provided, but not so thankful as to let that slide.
"I'm sorry. Did you call me 'cute'? Do you have the slightest CLUE who I am?" Ottsel snarled, adjusting the red-tinted goggles that protected his vision from the discharge of his powers.
"Pshaw. Lemme buy you a drink, little man, you can tell me all about it."
With that Ottsel rose on his toes, grasping the fox's muzzle to both silence him and let his powers surge through the slender vulpine's form. His ice-blue eyes went wide as dinnerplates behind his glasses as he watched that neon green tempest seem from the ottsel's paw, chilling him to his core. He could scarcely move, his limbs all but locked in place as he felt his clothes loosening around him, his vision failing him as his cap fell over his eyes, knocking his glasses to the floor, only leaving the sensation of Ottsel's paw stretching out against his muzzle, rapidly covering it before he had to adjust his grip, holding the fox's entire head like a baseball as he started shrinking upwards into the hybrid's grip.
Ottsel laughed as he found himself having to adjust his grip again, shaking his new prize free of the clothing that was weighing his new toy down, threatening to drag the fox-toy right out of his grip.
The fox gasps as he found himself able to see again, suspended upside down by the ankle, watching the already billboard sized face expanding rapidly before him. The ottsel's smile stretched across that handsome muzzle, waggling his eyebrows in a way that made his tinted goggles bobble comically, fingerpads covering more of the fox's leg with every passing second.
"You might wanna rethink your flirting methods, foxie. . . because you're in for a very long night."
