Nuffie reached lvl2, learned 'Summon: Foxfire Elemental'
Decided to take a change of pace from slightly adult content, wanted to focus on more innocent art, this one depicting my fursona Nuffie when he's not rubberized and contracted under ownership, recently leveling his fox magic, and in the process, learning to conjure some fiery companions to keep him company, not to mention dressing a little warmer to prepare for winter coming up No worries about suffering burns, since this type of fire doesn't burn, but can be used to protect against attacks. Hope it looks decent! ^_^

I think it's the best time to also comment on this new ref of yours, Nuffie. I usually get busy so quickly because of home duties but still, I wished I could do much more to show you that you're precious to me. All my tries to get arts from certain artists I know you like always seem not to work out since they either don't write me back or ignore me altogether. And whenever I try to scribble something I feel like it is lacking something. *sighs* <X3
Anyways, you look as enchanting as always! Your colorwork and your expressions are always something I love a lot about your arts and your ideas are playful and fantastic in a really cool way. It shows really well your connection to the spirit world and the smaller Yokais that you learned to communicate with over the years of being a high priest and training in finding your inner calmth and spiritual grandness. =3
Not to forget, you look supercharming and happy around those lil Fox spirits. I told you before and tell you again: To me you're already a great Kitsune and I love you! *totohugs* (~^.=.^~)

Hey again, Shiny! First of all, you don't need to worry too much about getting commissions from other artists for me, since I've known you, you've always been a great pal to me on FA in supporting me and my drawings, and that's more than enough.
Second, if you wish to improve on your drawing, there's really only 1 piece of advice I can give: I know it's probably obvious, but practice, practice and more practice. I can attest for certain, that nothing worth doing is easy, drawing included, but if you keep it up and continue to put your heart and soul into the art, I know you'll improve. Besides, I've seen some of your drawings as well, and you've definitely got potential there! : )
Anyways, thank you again for the comments and favs, Shiny, and I hope you have a great day, and good luck in future! ^_^ <3 *secondary hug*

Hehe, I know, I know, Nuffie. It's just I'd love to share more nice things with you even and even that there are ideas I am never sure how to get them down in the best possible way. I draw mainly for fun but mostly when I try to sit down for drawing things they get so often inturrupted by things happening at my place. I am often helping out over here so that's why I usually need to shake off quite some things to get at least some uploads now and then. <X3
Also, I hope we will get even better dudes over time yet. I would for example ask you now: What inspired your design of your Foxyself Nuffie? Is it simply that you like Foxes a lot or were there certain inspirations from books, movies, series or games? Are there nowadays things that inspire you still or that fascinate you? There are lots of things that do interest me to know which things became precious and related to you over time. =D

Lol, I know the feeling. Even now while I'm drawing, I tend to get distracted by video streaming on the background, my 3ds, or other stuff in my room pretty easily. n_n
As for the design for my fursona Nuffie? I do have a preference for foxes, yeah; stuff like Disneys Robin Hood ( coolness factor, then), Inuyasha (Shippou for the Fox, Miroku for the monk classing), Persona 4 ( the Fox in that game) and alot of other stuff had a bit of an influence on me growing up. Also after watching a friend playing Persona 3, and coming across FurAffinity, got me wondering what my Persona would look like, and what my Arcana would be; For me, it'd probably be the Hermit arcana ( which would fit with the Fox in P4, too). It's the arcana associated with wisdom, introspection, solitude, retreat and philosophical searches. I tend to spend alot of time inside my own head when I'm by myself, and alot of thoughts kind of build up on top of themselves, too. I don't know if I can consider wisdom something I have because I can be pretty immature despite being 29 years old, but most of the other aspects I can relate to more easily! Also I think I brought up before, but the accessories added as well, I selected based on my Nationality, the maple leaf symbol associated with Canada ( plus an alternative to normal leaves foxes use), and the pink, white and green beads to represent the colors of the Newfoundland Flag, too ( albeit the unofficial flag, lol).
As for other things that inspire me? Really good video games and/or movies that can get me to cry a bit or a lot. The Pokemon Mystery Dungeon series, Pokemon the 1st Movie, the Phoenix Wright series, The Lion King, Inside Out, a few of the Final Fantasy Series are some examples. The fact that stuff like that can bring me to tears, to feel real emotions for fictional characters, it shows that the developers put a good chunk of their heart and soul into the story! I want to be able to create art pieces that can bring out that strong of an emotion, whether it sadness or joy!
Anyway, that's a little bit more info about myself, anyway! ^_^ Sorry if I overblurted, but hope this gives a bit more info about myself. If it's okay to ask, how did you decide on your Totodile persona, too?

Aww, thanks a lot, Nuffie. I feel happy to read all this about you. Personally, I think people who are open for lots of things and share their friendliness with others already posess a great treasure of wisdom. So in my book you are a wise Fox already. (-^.=.^-)
Oh, I just a while ago went to finally experience "Persona 3" and "Persona 4" again. I might not own the games but I watched Let's Plays of all the games connected to the two entries as well as the anime versions. There are still a few movies based of Persona 3 coming out this year even, you know?
I liked it a lot how the games do work around the main cast of characters' personality traits and how they overcome their own weaknesses through their companionship and the bonds they build up to eachother. =3
Plus there are at times some very fun things happening. I'm quite excited to see what They'll do with "Persona 5" yet.
I loved the anime series of "InuYasha"! The characters all were really sympathetic and I enjoyed the love story between them, Kagome and InuYasha especially. After the anime had ended I went so far to read the rest of the chapters as a manga and later on they went back to do the rest as a smaller season of the anime as well. Always makes me happy as well when seeing a happy ending of a story.
Disney movies and series always have been a great thing for me as well. They definitely got a lot of nice styles down their pallet and the animal characters look nicely expressive. I watched most of the movies myself and collected my fav ones on DVD. Something cool I own are original character sketches from the Disney artists who worked on "Aladdin" showing several of the main characters. Really, DIsney movies are way cool in many ways, story, characters, music, style, even in games ("Kingdom Hearts"). Love a lot of Disney stuff! X///3
It's really great how many things influenced you there when creating Nuffie. In my case it was basically a long story of random things coming together after Totodile as a character really had grown fond on me and my dude Brakk encouraged me to create my own Totodile character.
I used things that mke me happy in real life like listening to fun and cool music and took colors that popped for me well. I wanted him to have his own look so I used a clothing style that would in a way show a funloving childred spirit how I often give me like.
Since I love adorable and cute characters I made Shiny basically my source of happiness. I definitely can't resist his charm and am happy to have him as my lil mascot so to say. (probably will write the whole backstory down in a journal yet)
Woah! We have so many things in common, Nuffie! XD
I have lots of fond memories of the characters and plots in all the games you counted down there! And I'm always on my toes and excited for when those series get new entires like I'm so upset that we don't get that Ace Attorney game with Phoenix' ancestor and I can't wait to play "Ace Attorney 6"! <X3
"Pkémon Mystery Dungeon" created waterfalls just like "Final Fantasy X"; really, I also get very touched by such things. The games and characters all are really so emotional and beliavable to me at times. It's just an amazing art in itself. <:3
Gotta say I often love games for their stories and likable characters. It often gets me at times that much that I simply love to talk about them and wish the best for them. In the end I smile along when the characters have their happy ending.
Looking forward to watch "Inside out" myself hopefully soon yet. I like the concept of the emotions being alive in the mind and help making out who we are. A local friend of mine also asked me to watch "Zootopia" with her. The trailer was darn funny already. =3
Oh, and no worries! I ♥ lots of info. It's all the things a friend does entrust to me afterall! =D
