If you troll her during when she is trying to skewer you with spears and all you can do to survive is to dodge outside of battle, stay in one room while constantly dodging the spears, you'll be troll her enough, the spears will constantly faster and harder to dodge the more you just stay in one room and keep dodging. Do this enough, and Monster Kid's dialog will change during one of your meetings with him at Waterfall. I think little else has changed in the story other than the two things I mentioned.
