This isn't the end of the road, it's the beginning. Old Highway Hanksville, or Old State Route 24 near it's northern end close to Green River, Utah. About a quarter mile distant, Interstate highway 70 cut it off 45 years ago. On the opposite side was its connection to US Route 6. Prominent Little Elliott Mesa on the left, Green River valley on the right.
