I wrote a thing about their bond to go along with this, so may as well share it on FA too!

Blaukri and Rouge are an inseparable pair of twins, but do not live together. (So much for 'inseparable' amirite.) Rouge lives in Victusal Town, while Blaukri lives on the edge of Reperio Forest. The twins meet up everyday for school, or to see each other on weekends for sleepovers. The two get along completely, and are rarely, if ever seen fighting.
Rouge is the shy gentle twin, and the oldest between the two. She has a more timid personality, and easily get nervous or break down. She has very little words to say, and displays "different" behaviour than Blaukri because of her more autistic demeanor (Although both are autistic, Rouge is even more so). Rouge deeply cares about Blaukri, and always stays with her as much as she can. She always shares her odd collections with her twin, but she doesn't mind looking at them. Rouge is curious, and loves to explore the areas of Mystinsula. She often wanders off away from Blaukri while the two are making their way to their destinations, in which Blaukri has to search for her. Rouge has slight better navigation than her twin, so it's more so Blaukri getting lost trying to search for Rouge. The two could be looking for each other for hours all because one decides to wander off.
Rouge relies on Blaukri heavily to speak for her, or make decisions for her. Rouge is so bad at deciding for herself that Blaukri is forced to do it for her. Rouge is extremely sensitive, and Blaukri ends up hurting her feelings purely by mistake.
Blaukri is the grumpy intelligent twin. Like Rouge, she is shy, has a child-like curiosity, and even timid, but Blaukri is much better at hiding her emotions than Rouge is. The most common emotions Blaukri displays are anger, seriousness, and generosity. But the blue twin can often be childish like her caretaker Necopia. The two love to preform pranks on their friends, but Blaukri gets offended if Necopia tries to prank her twin. Blaukri is extremely protective over Rouge, and will not hide this for a second. She will even get herself into unnecessary drama or fights just to defend Rouge. Her protective attitude often causes Blaukri trouble, and ends up getting injured or beaten up, which Rouge has to patch and clean her sister's wounds.
Blaukri goes to Rouge if she has to vent or rant about something, although Rouge never has much to say. Blaukri doesn't feel judged by Rouge, but ends up screaming as she rants or vents, which leaves Rouge feeling awkward. Blaukri does not like seeing how vulnerable Rouge can be, and tries to get her to defend herself, such as handing over her more dangerous weapons, which Rouge ends up losing by misplacing them.
The younger twin has bad social skills, but since she thinks she is smart, she often tries to teach Rouge inappropriate behaviour to act with people. Necopia's mannerism rubbed off on Blaukri, so she will put her feet where they don't belong, blurt out rude remarks, and leave stuff lying around. Rouge begins to pick up this behaviour from Blaukri since she tells her it's okay. The two really do not know any better.
Since Rouge doesn't talk much, she and Blaukri have developed their own kind of "Sign Language", made from hand gestures, and body language to communicate (Tail, ears, expressions, etc) with each other. Rouge is usually seen signing to Blaukri, but the blue twin usually responds verbally. She usually signs back to Rouge if they are "whispering" to each other, and don't want anyone to know what they're talking about. Rouge or Blaukri usually never use their sign language toward anyone else but each other. They have taught their closest friends a very few words. Rouge is becoming better at speaking, and will occasionally whisper things into Blaukri's ear if she wants to tell her something when other people are around. The pair have a similar sounding voice; high and feminine sounding. But they speak in different tones. Rouge is much more soft spoken, and speaks by mumbling or whispering. Blaukri's voice is much louder, and often sounds like she's yelling, even when she doesn't mean to. She isn't always yelling, however, but most of the time she is when she's feeling extreme emotions (Happy, angry, etc). Although Blaukri is loud, her voice isn't annoying, or annoyingly high sounding. It's... cute. The twin's being raised separately has given them different accents as well.

The two share so much in common with one another. Chances are if you show them something, both will either give extreme interest or not at all. The twins are clingy toward each other, and end up getting upset if they are apart for too long. Blaukri will even overreact and worry, assuming the worst happened ("WHAT IF SHE HATES ME.") Both are very worrisome.
Blaukri may seem abusive toward Rouge, but she never intends to. She will (literally) drag her around, yell at her, or whatever else, but she would never hit her. Blaukri has a much shorter fuse than Rouge, and can snap easily, but she will always apologize for her behaviour.

Blaukri prefers to go to Rouge, than to have Rouge go to her since the space pirates would keep them awake all night from getting drunk and talking loudly. When at Blaukri's place, Necopia always interrupts them by constantly barging into Blaukri' s room without knocking, and offering Rouge some booze. The twins often talk about their friends, school, and anything else that crosses their mind. They will even draw together, and show off their collections. Thera is always more than happy (Or not cuz she's stoic lMAO) to let Blaukri spend the night, and will bake them some sweets when Blaukri comes over.

They have plenty of bullies who will literally pick them up and toss them into the trash. the bullies will make fun of them if either (or in most cases, both) start crying. In school, the twins stay very close to their friend, Sunari, since she is basically their bodyguard at school. Her intimidating height repels the twin's bullies until they are apart. The twins are in Special Education, so their classes have a maximum of six students (averagely), and two teachers in the same classroom. Blaukri does a remarkable job in biology, math and science, having good grades in them, while her other grades are average. Rouge does poorly in her grades since she isn't experienced, nor does she pay much attention and doesn't properly understand English, so Blaukri cheats by writing Rouge's schoolwork + Homework for her. The twins have a few classes separate, since Rouge has classes to help her learn English with other non-experienced speakers in class, while Blaukri instead has history of Earth, learning its cultures and customs, and learning the Earth alphabet.
There is a special spot in the jungle where Blaukri and Rouge love to go to spend time together alone. It is a lovely place with a river, tall trees, bioluminescent mushrooms and small waterfall. There is even a swing extending from a branch over the water they will sit in. The only other people who come to this spot are their best friends, Cynthia, and Sunari where the four of them spend quality time together. When not here, they are either at once another's hoe, or walking the long trail extending over Mystinsula.

When one twin cries, the other twin awkwardly tries to cheer her up as best as she can. Blaukri usually gives Rouge a bunch of sweets to help her cheer up, while Rouge gives Blaukri a hug.
The twins also eat similarly. They both prefer their food cut up, such as fruits, sandwiches, or anything else. Some people would think this habit of the twins cutting up their food is strange, since they do it with pretty much everything. Blaukri will cut up Rouge's food for her, since she doesn't trust her with a knife, or sharp objects. The two will even share their food, even if one already had eaten part of it. They dislike biting their food, and prefer to break it, or eat it in small pieces. When Blaukri shares with Rouge, she always gives her older twin the bigger half due to her generous nature, even if it's something she absolutely loves. Both twins have the biggest sweet tooth, and enjoy eating sweets, with chocolate being their favourite. Blaukri is a very slow eater, while Rouge eats way too fast, and sometimes causes herself to choke. Rouge is bit of a messy eater, while Blaukri is more neat. They dislike eating crunchy food, like chips, and hard food, like some candies.
They have a child-like curiosity that often leaves people laughing at them. They ask questions about what we humans do or experience often in our lives. Since they aren't native to Earth, they still have much to understand on our blue planet. To them, the twins consider some stuff we eat being strange, or gross looking. They often mistake things that look good as food, but end up gagging from the gross taste (Example... a bar of soap, since it smells nice.) They can get scared of animals they have never seen before, even though they could be harmless. Some people lie to the twins if they ask about something, and the twin's gullible character has them automatically believe even the most obvious lies.
Blaukri likes to show Rouge the things she creates in her lab, or what she creates on her computer. She tries to explain to Rouge how they work, but it all goes over Rouge's head. Blaukri feels a bit hurt if Rouge doesn't seem impressed or amazed with what she made.
Rouge's collection (Made up of garbage, seashells, rocks, and lost items) interests Blaukri, and always encourages her to find more. Blaukri is always the first one Rouge shows her since Blaukri always shares equal fascination in these useless things. Rouge even lets Blaukri have some, and Blaukri puts them in her room on display. When at the beach, the first thing Rouge does is look for seashells, which sometimes still has a creature inside of. If there is an animal inside, she puts the shell back and continues looking. Blaukri stays in the shade, avoiding the sun while she lets her sister do the work. Blaukri believes Rouge is better at finding interesting items than herself. Rouge will even uncover things people have lost at the beach.
Rouge is a decent climber, and loves to climb up trees or rocks, leaving Blaukri behind. Since the younger twin says she can do anything, she will try and go after Rouge, only to fall down on her bottom if she tries. So Blaukri lets Rouge do all the climbing if there is something they want, need, or are interested in if it's up high.
When meeting someone for the first time, it's very difficult to give the twins a bad impression. They are easily interested and entertained by people, even if it seems boring to others. The twins are always happy to meet people, although Blaukri has a mental barrier. She gets uncomfortable if people pry at her shell and act too friendly and 'close' to her. She will even get a bit defensive if people act this way to Rouge.
The twins have a noticeable height difference - Blaukri is three inches shorter than her sister. Blaukri gets upset and insecure about her height, and especially hates it when people compare her height to Rouge's. It hurts her feelings, and may get defensive about it. She tries to wear boots that make her taller, but she still doesn't perfectly reach Rouge's height.
Neither don't know exactly who their biological parents are. And they really don't care very much, or Blaukri doesn't, anyway. Rouge is curious to know who they were and why they would "Give her away." Neither are looking for their parents, since they don't exactly know where to look, and simply because they want to stick around those who care about them. The twins are currently the youngest living Venefidaes since the species rarely breed...
