A little charm thing I made for a neacklace. c:

I wanted to do shiny but I didnt have the right blue colour and Im impatient. |D Hes supposed to look like hes being picked up by the scruff of his neck so thats why the legs are up like that and his tails curled a bit.
The 'hook' to put it on a necklace is behind his neck.
Im thinking of making 2 pokeballs to put on either side?
