I like the idea behind this card but I think it needs a bit of tweaking. namely in the fact that at the exact same time it gets a -1/-1, one of the choices is to just...negate the -1/-1 with a +1/+1, essentially making it like the effect never happened

well it may be lore based, as most of these cards are, but its affect is still very good in practice being able to untap and constantly give dissection counters away is nice and drawing is always good in red since you play your hand so fast and playing the top card of your deck is dangerous. This is not a creature is a planeswalker that is green and black. This card is very odd in this Zerg dick. It doesn't interact will with the dick would run as you have it now. I'm not sure what to do with this because you wouldn't want this in the deck and he's also the wrong color to run in an infect deck.
