2 of the old collectible games I own (and are complete) and believe it or not, I take to Cons and meets with me to play! Whats the point of having something if ya dont use it, afterall? :p
In the Foreground we see Crash Canyon which is a solid piece of vacu-formed plastic, painted up to look like a canyon valley. The Object of the game is to race your little trucks through the valley while trying not to overturn or crash. Due to the 3D nature of the board itself, if you stop on an incline, you truck rolls backwards, losing ground and possibly crashing while if you stop on a decline you race forward, gaining ground and hopefully not crashing afterwords. Its a race to the finish!!
In the Background, attendees of FA:U that visited the zoo at all should recognize, its Fireball Island! THIS collectible game is great! You play as explorers who are searching for an ancient gem guarded by an angry volcano god. You hafta be the 1st to reach the peak of the island while dodging fireballs spewed from the numerous volcanoes, but once you grab the gem its not over, THEN you must race down the back of the island and escape with the gem before your opponents steal it from you and leave you stranded!
Both are great games, discontinued for years, and much fun for those who play :)
