NOW BACK TO OUR SHOW!
I spent over 6 hours straight on this. I tried to emulate the visual effect of the stop-motion torso he has! As shown in THIS previous image: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/17899811/, you can see that I really like this character! hahaha! Like, NOBODY HAS DRAWN ART OF HIM BESIDES ME, what the heckie.
For those wondering "Who is he?" I'll copy the description from my previous submission:
"As of late, I've been searching far and wide for any trace of this wacky cartoon fox.
Here's all the info I could find:
He was featured in a few animated bumpers in-between cartoons and commercials on Fox Kids Network in 1991~1992(first half of the season)
These bumpers were done by (Colossal) Pictures, with Mike Smith as the director, and mkaz as at least one of the animators
I think his voice actor may be Richard Horvitz (Listen to his Commercial V.O. reel!), However I'm not sure if he was even given a name (some people dubbed him "Frankenwolf" when he's clearly a fox!)
I've sent an email to the director to see if he remembers anything about this guy. I don't expect much info back at all, or even a reply, but if i get one i sure hope its got some good news!
I've managed to find a few of these bumpers (hopefully not all of them!!) with the help of matiu last year, and Nate-Spidgewood this month.

And a few clips re-recorded from multiple sources and split into clips for Twitter (Scroll through the post for all 5!):

Ok.... So the first half of the clip in this link: ( https://twitter.com/OHMYRICHARD/sta.....02237521829888 ) has him mixing a potion, but then the second half has him in his tuxedo. seems like two different clips, honestly. Was this part of that potion bumper you mentioned?
And was the first clip here also part of that? https://twitter.com/OHMYRICHARD/sta.....01693705117696

I kind of wish I grew up with this guy!
The bumpers you linked are bizarre and often I can't understand a word of what he's saying.
Totally that experimental MTV bumper/Pee Wee's Playhouse era - the one with the strange demented flailing puppet version of him on screens behind him's a good example.

I too wish I grew up with this fox. :C Other people here are fortunate to have a memory of watching him when he was still on the air!
A few clips are a bit unintelligible, but the voice work none the less is very charming and still manages to make me blush! XD
