Dutch Angel Dragons are an open species by Ino on FA. She is well known in the Furry Fandom for her DAD; Telephone. This is Blinkie the Dutch Angel Dragon. She was designed by Jewlz; based off of a Firefly. Her name means Firefly in Jamaican. She vocalizes in chirps and hoards stars (or glowy things).
