The outfit in this picture has been used in a few of my other commissions, but this is the original source. While in China, Tales saw a certain outfit that stood out, and for the life of me, I haven't been able to find it. Kind of really want this irl haha.

Anywho, he stuck in on Rose and it stuck as one of the few outfits she wears in multiple pictures.
