The neighborhood had a couple families with rebellious teens of the troublemaking type. They loved blaring loud music, screaming at each other, tagging indiscriminately, bullying other teens and some of the adults. Their parents struggled to keep them under control with only limited success. They considered themselves too smart and tough to lose.
And then Squeaky-Pie moved in.
