Here's a monster cat design entry for kaijucat.They are a japanese bobtail monster. They have massive paws with non-retractable claws. It's not quite a "halloween" form, but their alternate form is that of a nekomata, a Japanese cat demon. When they hit a certain age, their tail splits into two and they gain magical powers.
