I always feel a bit cheeky and derpy when making a description for people <:3

But anyway Riss is one of the last living Skaven(using D&D place holders, think of making up my own 'x3) on the Isles of White. He is residing in the city of Dresden which is the busiest port city of White where he is sitting in the old abandon church of Pelor. Under-Dresden,where Riss is from as well as being a Skaven exile city, belongs to the Dead after a Purge of Skaven by the Church. The city of Dresden continue to bustle with activity, completely oblivious to the growing numbers of dead Stirring bellow.
