wtf, art that's not a badge? OR a commission?!? Holy crap!!! It's fan art, so it's not 100% original, but still...
I've been picking away at this one slowly over the last few weeks in between commission work & comics (www.brokenplotdevice.com!!!) It's my troll hunter Inix as I imagine she'd look at lvl 80 (as of this posting, she is still 70). The gear is inspired by, but not directly copied from, in-game gear that I wish I had. I plan on coloring this eventually, but we'll see how long that takes. ;)

Setup - Rag boss fight, camera rolling from scamer's point of view.
Rag goes down, loot drops. Raid leader lists the loot as everyone is healing up and rezing the dead.
Hunter runs up as people on vent discuss who should get what and loots ALL the loot.
Just as people ask "Hey, did X just loot?" X /gquits and messages a friend.
Guild invite pops, and he accepts, and hearths as people begin screaming bloody murder!
Pretty sure it was staged, but so beautifully done. <3

I just started releveling my hunter from 70 to 80 last night. I played the day Lich King went live and then got annoyed with watching the items that took me forever to get, get replaced by greens and blues yet again. We shall see how it goes this time.

My night elf hunter just hit 74 this morning, and he's kind of addicted to guns at this point (http://www.wowarmory.com/item-info.xml?i=38241). But yes, Hunters are freakin' awesome in that game--honestly the first ranged class in an MMO that actually works as a real *ranged* class. (ever tried playing a 'ranger' in Everquest...?)
