Actually no, the original plan for Dark Sector basically was Warframe, the first thing the name was attached to was an MMO sequel to Unreal Tournament. That got shelved, then it turned into the thing that EA stole the idea of to make Dead Space, then it got turned into the game it ended up being.
Space ninjas, basically.
Valkyr (the frame this picture is based off of) is a pretty kitty if you get the bastet helm.
If you are indeed interested, don't be fooled by the pay to win glance look, because everything in the game is obtainable for free. It just takes about as much dedication as any MMO.
