idk if you're wanting critique or advice on this but this card seems a biiiiit broken for only 3 mana in my opinion ^^;
a 3 drop WITH flying AND intimidate, that can make all opponents lose two extra life simply by attacking seems really powerful for such a small cost.

As designed, the card is still completely busted. Black doesn't get creatures that are this efficient. Heck, no color does. The "when ~ deals combat damage to a player, draw a card" is usually found on Blue creatures and when it is, the creature is usually something like a 1/3 creature for 3 mana with no other ability or a 1/3 with Flying for 4 and no other abilities. Having an evasive (doubly-so) 3 power flier for 3 mana that generates card advantage, swings for 4 or grows larger on contact is just way too powerful. Even if it were legendary. :(
true but being able to handle this ONE card hinges on
A) a card with flying or reach
AND B) that card must be black.
that, or having a kill spell that can nuke it easily. which admitadely since it only has 1 toughness is a bit more reasonable, but it still feels like SHOULD it get a hit off or two, which if you cant kill spell it isn't hard for it to do, it would be strong.
