This started as a doodle to test out a new brush set but I ended up really liking it!! I ended up liking the new brushes, too! I've been trying a lot of new things with my art lately. (´･∀･`)

Anyway, I saw one artist on tumblr draw Kedamono's boxers more like big poofy clown pants complete with suspenders, and I really liked how it looked. It matches the show's aesthetic better, tbh. Needless to say, I wanted to try drawing his pants like that too! Thanks for the inspiration, fellow popee fan! (ノ ・∀・)ノ

Oh!! Forgot to add that I tried something new with my lineart too - shading with lines. All my favorite artists do it, so I figured I'd take a crack at it. Not too bad! Varying line thickness definitely makes a drawing more interesting to look at. ◝( ° ᗜ ° )◜
