Yup, it's Noa E's costume for Halloween. Now he's "Neo"Noa E. This was a request done by the sensational Kitt_Kitsune. Around Halloween, he got the urge to draw some Halloween pics of anybodies character. I thought it would be funny to have my fursona as Neo, since it's in my Username. I think it came out awesome. I love the muscles. And, the Hair and Tail fur is wicked. I really liked how he did the goatee. I love this pic very much. Thank you, Kitt!
