This is supposed to be a "sampler" pic for a new series of PCA-themed Spring Break commissions, but the coloring method I used on Miss Rey here is a bit too time-consuming to offer...so I'm in debate if I should go ahead with it or not as later pics would have to either be more expensive than before or I use the the more simpler approach to coloring that I did for the Bubble Dance pics. Up to you guys. Also worth noting, since I recently acquired a Luxray figurine to use for reference, I went and tweaked Charla's design in minor areas. The braids are optional, though.

Backround was done by eyeballing a brochure graphic/photo and recreating my own version from scratch.
