Miss Odette Plumvyle's always been an...oddity as far as the Oddish in her family go: loves sunlight (their species is mostly nocturnal), dates a Seel who acts as a guidance counselor in a junior academy (which the family abhors, type-wise) and on top of that, around when she turned 18 her doctor confirmed she was born with a condition that not only stunts her growth, it also stunts her evolution. This didn't stop her from working her roots off to shape her life as she wanted it to look and it is in thanks to those efforts she now has a new job as an academic coach, a teacher/tutor who works primarily with those students who struggle to keep their academics up and truly desire the help to do just that. She still has a hard time being taken completely seriously by her fellow faculty and some students because of her youthful looks, but should anyone cross the line in front of her or her students, beware -- she will not hesitate to let Oddish instincts kick in and wail at the individual as if someone had pulled on the leaves on her head! Thankfully, this is a rare sight to most and for the most part she is seen as a relatively kind individual, the sweetest little half-Poison you'll probably ever see.

I said long ago I'd revamp Miss Plumvyle from my own "Proto-PCA" project and I finally went and did it. The backstory has been given some heavy alterations and her leaves tweaked so that four of them curve like Gloom petals -- a tribute to the fact that that's as far as she's ever going to get evolution-wise.
