A seemingly "simple" profile shot of Dilan. Done entirely in photoshop, because my scanner is made of fail. As are my skills...This was supposed to be a lot simpler and sketchier, more like an Oekaki-type dealie. You can see that in the shirt and hair...Then I decided to smudge the hell out of him. I wasted an hour darkening his face, before I realized I'd worked past "good" and right into "too far" (Also, from "Seven" to "Ten"). Then I reverted back to the last save, fixed it up so it was pretty again. I also did not intend for him to look *so much* like Xaldin yet, but he does. :meh: Less facial hair, larger style, lighter skin and a softer edge to his features than Xal.

I may not sound like it, but working on him has made me rather Zen.

EDIT: Fixed some comment errors, and futzed around with the face some. There should be a bit more definition now. And lineart. Granted it's brown, but it's lineart.
