So apparently according to Bulbapedia, Pokemon Gold and Silver debuted in Japan on November 21st, same as my birthday. So as tribute to that amusing coincidence, I decided to draw one of my own Johto-based characters - Floritt. Shirt is based off the colors on a Friend Ball, a G/S/C-exclusive Poke ball (with a rather perfect color scheme for a character with a faux-Jamaican accent). The pants are Heavy Ball-colored, though that's not as amusing.
