Yes, it has a network paint chat thing. Drawpile is so much better though! You can add and remove/merge layers, lasso select and move/resize content, and choose from a wider variety of brushes. Way more reliable than OC too! I would draw with you sometime or you could join myself and some fatty friends sometime.
