A few organs and brain matter that just cant be replaced but the rest of him is all cybernetic and as for costs this be a future where nanites are about so very cheap (His skin is a nanite layer) hehe.
And yes he did a very good job with it, and seeing as its the first image with his cybernetics showing off helps to get a better idea for him.
