Edit: toned down how much glowy I did :V
So I finally tried doing art of the dutchie I got from splatter. Though after this I am not sure if she is really clicking with me as a character. It might be the over complexity of the colors or maybe she has to much glowy. I need to decide if I am gonna keep her and do a design overhaul until she clicks or just find her a new home entirely :T

I never know if a character will click until I try and draw them :O
I do like the horn design and the tail, as well as the colors X3 I think I just gotta simple her out a bit and make the glowy a bit less intense (I think giving her normal eyes might also help)
Though if I do decide to find her a new home, pry gonna do it via free contest :O Don't want just the first random person to see 'free character' to take her and have her sit around not being used :T
