A divinely inspired warrior, Ba Se strides the world seeking injustice to right and demons to slay. With battle prowess far surpassing that even of the legends that swirl about him as leaves upon an autumn breeze, he seeks for a single demon that sits above the others, that he may slay him and have done with his wandering life. Refusing a commission in many a general's army, Ba Se fights for only that which is right and cares little for the petty squabbling of men. He is a solitary warrior and possesses nothing, save for his unique blade Yao Chui (Demon Hammer). It is said of Yao Chui that it is not forged of iron but carved of stone. Pitted and rough, though it may be the edge never dulls. It hungers for demon blood and flesh and may only be used by one of purest heart. Truly the pair are partners in their eternal search for peace and freedom from their geas. It is said that one day the blade will shatter when its master falls, but in shattering will destroy the adversary of its true master, but that day has not yet come. Until it does, they wander.
