The story is that his father doesn’t like gothic people, but Lance does and he wants to be one himself. His mother didn’t mind much, but his father though didn't allow Lance to become a goth. Later on, when he became 18 years old, he broke the rules and grew out his hair and shaped it into a gothic style, but he shaped it nicely when his parents were around, and then he got one of his ears pierced with two ear rings. So Lance's parents then find out that he became goth, and then his father kicked him out of the house, his mom was very upset about her boy being kicked out. At first he was homeless, but then got a job at a music store and lives on his own in an apartment.

And that's basically that's the story of Lance.
