Nope. The MGS1 sneaking suit came with a very thick and rather hard-to-move-in jacket that had a noticeably bigger neck protection and a more v-shaped form, with the tips of the V corresponding to the shoulder guards. T'was also a lot harder to move in, since it was meant to keep the wearer's body temperature in the harsh climates of Shadow Moses. (Hence why Snake got rid of it for MGS2, as it was pointless at that point)
