I'm guessing after several hours of trying to torment her, Fat Cat loses his feeble mind and is reduced to a sobbing wreck as his deeply-buried insecurities, stemming from a past where he was an overweight child with bladder problems in an orphanage full of mocking kids and cruel nuns, finally breaks through the deep emotional mask that had once protected him from the cruelties of the world, reducing him to naught but a shell of the pitiful man he once was.
