Partial features:
Head, built on balaclava, light weight and very breathable. Resin teeth by poprockgrey, and nose by DVC, all else is made by me. Built on 23inch circumference base.
Hand paws, medium size, made with fleece paw pads
Arm sleeves, held up with elastic cord which is adjustable
Tail nubbin, has two belt loops

I think I was annoying you at Furpocalypse. I kept going over to your table but I was kind of too shy to ask to touch this suit. (I was that person with her father who asked you about paws. Sorry if I made you mad) Would the head happen to have a little bit of wiggle room for 24"? If I ended up selling my 2 fursuits maybe I would try to get it if it would fit.
