I had forgotten how easy it is to draw on paper. Wow!
I'm gonna try and draw some more traditional stuff, since I need to improve both the speed and quality of my drawings.
My end goal is to basically get the same time/quality into a digital drawing as a traditional one, and although it might be hard, its something I have to go through.
I think going back a bit and drawing with pencil and paper may help a bit, and since there's tons of stuff I would like to draw, but don't really have time or patience to draw on paper, I'm just gonna end up doing it traditionally. I makes sense in my opinion, as it basically takes none of my time or effort and I get more stuff I like drawn out. Also the added benefit of motivating me a little further. :P
Another character who popped up in my head. This time its my great uncle, Sebastian.
Since I don't really plan on making any digital art for him atm, I should give some additional info on him I suppose. So, he's a rat/bear hybrid, with dark brown fur. Pink furlsess hands, feet, ears and nose. Overall hairy, black being the color of his hair and fuzz. I suppose there are more details to his body, but I don't really feel like pointing them out very precisely. xP
His backstory summary goes like this:
He was born of the love between Nestor, my great great grandfather, and Zach, Marcus' father (yes the son of gay sex, deal with it (but seriously demons do that all the time)).
He was raised by Nestor, but he died while Sebastian was still young and so he was left to fend off for himself for a long time.
Became a wanderer, travelling Hell and Earth, and eventually trained in the fine art of assassination, and hardened his already troubled spirit.
When he learned he had a sibling and figured out he needed fight and win against him to become immortal, he tracked Marcus down with the intent of killing him.
His story is still a WIP, so when I'm sure about what becomes of him I'll add more stuff here.
