Another year-old sketch, this time a rough idea for a possible Pokemon "villain": Deoxys was supposedly created by a strain of extraterrestrial DNA being exposed to a certain wavelength of energy, hense its description as the "DNA Pokemon." Well, Team Rocket has access to Mew's DNA, what they used to create Mewtwo, which is supposed to contain the genetic codes of ever Pokemon in existence...suppose, then, using that research and the years of study done on Deoxys in Larouche City, they exposed a synthetic strand of Mew's/Mewtwo's DNA to the same energy wavelength that created Deoxys..?
