Like I mentioned in the description of Officer Bobbi, the "real" Officer Jennies of the "Moro Island" story are Growlithes...however, after checking out the types of powers associated with them, I figured they could you some help. I remembered that Spinaraks were also often used by the human Jennies, so I figgered why not.
Truth be known, I like how "Officer Spinny" there looks a wee bit more than the Jenny to his right, but only a wee bit.
