She's always there for me...
The other side of myself.
There's the older more mature version that everyone gets to see
The hard shell on the outside... My protective coating.
There's the younger less mature version that only the few lucky ones get to see.
The silly side that's easily embarrassed, but just as easily laughs at herself to just enjoy the moment.
The mature side always there protecting the vulnerability of the immature and naive side.
I was always afraid to show any one person my full self for fear they would find that one thing they just couldn't stand about me.
The only person that is guaranteed to love absolutely everything about me is myself!
