.....the irony of this picture.
That a picture of the L lion is being commented on by a lion who's name is "Light."
Obviously there was absolutely no way of getting around this.
Though I'll will admit, this is a pretty cool concept. First of all, you did get his sitting posture correct. (As to this day, I still wonder how any human being could sit like that and function as a mental capacity as he did.) And when I mean correct, I mean accurate, as you even made sure NOT to give him shoes. Good work on keeping correct with character!
What's amazing is how you managed to have that hairstyle of his on a lion... and make it look believable. (Then again, it probably isn't that hard. Just.. grow hair and..never comb it, I'm sure.) Another thing that I have to say is that you picked the best color for the L lion here because that grey tone fits him. It's meant to be that.. depressive fur tone to show that he eats little, blinks hardly and probably hasn't slept since Clinton was in office. You even got the trademark bags under his eyes there too which show that he and coffee are probably best of friends! (Seriously. If you've seen how much coffee he drank in the anime, you'd think his blood type was Folgers. )
So yes, this works here as.. the L lion needed a hug. Lots of them probably. (From someone other than Misa I would suppose.) Good work on this here pal.
